Your Menu

Responsibility for the availability of goods and equipment for events and catering, ordering in the merchandise management system while adhering to recipes and considering economic aspects
Ensuring a smooth process in the entire kitchen/counter area, including personnel allocation and instruction at the counter for events
Working hand in hand and coordinating with the event management and service team
Ensuring desired food quality, attractive presentation, and precise preparation of dishes
Continuous monitoring of food quality and freshness, as well as proper storage and processing to comply with HACCP standards
Regular inspection of equipment and appliances for functionality, and compliance with all occupational safety and hygiene regulations
Assisting with the preparation of dishes using fresh and high-quality ingredients
