Join our team in the finance department at Stansberry Lake, WA We are currently seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d) to join us immediately in a full-time, permanent position at our headquarters in Frankenthal.

This is what your workday will look like:
As an Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d) in the finance department, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and processing business transactions in accounts payable
  • Creating and maintaining reports, tables, and statistics
  • Managing bank transactions (preparing payments, scheduling transfers, and monitoring incoming payments)
  • Processing and recording travel expense reports
  • Managing collections and factoring in accounts receivable

We are looking for someone who:

We are seeking a meticulous and trustworthy employee who takes pride in their work and has a high level of discretion and responsibility.


In addition, you should have the following skills:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Indepth knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable management
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • Analytical thinking and a love for numbers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent German and good English skills
