Henneman currently has an opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator in our Research Road office.


Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:

• Work with engineers to develop documents in response to client Requests for Proposals.
• Coordinate the compilation of proposals and presentations.
• Write and/or edit text, design layout, graphics, resumes, schedules for use in proposals and presentations.
• Assemble final proposal packages for submittal.
• Complete any client forms required for the proposal process.
• Build rapport with subcontractors and clients.
• Manage client bid requests.
• Request project pricing and verify scope of work.
• General filing and office procedures.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
• Enter and maintain client and vendor data in the system to ensure accurate and detailed recordkeeping.

Qualifications/Requirements of the Marketing Coordinator:

• Education: 4year bachelor's degree preferred. Associate degree required.

Pay:
$55, $70,000.00 per year
