Location:
The town of Cohasset's Recreation Department is seeking Rec Center team members. Reporting to the town's Recreation Director and Assistant Director, team members can work part-time hours throughout the school year.

We're able to offer a flexible work schedule to help fit extra-curricular activities while also offering enough shifts to be able to work after school at the Cohasset Rec Center, located in Cohasset, MA.

Description of Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of all Rec Center team members is to supervise and lead students grades 6-12 through structured programming and activities such as games, sports, arts and crafts, tournaments, and special events; while providing a safe, supervised environment for the students.

Other responsibilities include, but not limited to, assisting the directors, participating in training, maintaining records such as attendance and accident reports, daily cleaning and maintenance of the facility and grounds, enforcing department and Rec Center rules and policies, and providing a high level of customer service for patrons and fellow staff.

The Recreation Department seeks to employ staff with a genuine enjoyment of working with younger students, and are able to demonstrate maturity, initiative, enthusiasm, and responsibility to make this space as fun and as safe as possible.
