    Seeking Licensed Clinicians for Relationship and Divorce Counseling Center

    About Us:
    The Relationship and Divorce Counseling Center is a reputable private practice dedicated to providing top-quality care to individuals (18 years and older) and couples grappling with relationship and/or divorce-related challenges. Our team comprises skilled mental health professionals committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients.

    Position Available:
    We are in the process of expansion and are currently seeking an experienced and licensed clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with clients dealing with relationship or divorce-related issues. Additionally, individuals with specialized expertise fitting within our practice niche (relationships and divorce) are encouraged to apply.

    Qualifications:

    • Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) with a current Florida License OR Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns, Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Interns, Registered Clinical Social Worker Interns
    • Training in at least one couples counseling modality

    Position Details:

    • This is a 1099 contractor position without benefits but offers a competitive pay rate. Clinicians are compensated based on billable hours performed, typically ranging between $90-$150 per session (Rates are set by individual clinicians).
    • We operate on a self-pay basis only and do not accept insurance. A virtual assistant is available to handle incoming calls and scheduling. Contractors will be able to use our practice's EHR, phone system, lawyer-approved paperwork, email system, and beautiful office located in South Tampa.
    • Opportunities exist for clinicians interested in working daytime and/or evening hours 3-5 days a week.
    • Contractors have the flexibility to hold sessions in person and online.
