Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Pre-Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in Palm Harbor, FL. The ideal candidate will possess a creative and open-minded approach to problem-solving and have experience providing counseling to children through adults. This position offers a flexible work schedule, a highly competitive salary, and excellent benefits.
Compensation:$45,500 - $63,700 yearly
Responsibilities:Tampa Bay Area Counseling is not a traditional group psychology practice in that we operate in a clinic setting and are all full-time W-2 employees with full benefits, Monday through Friday (no evenings or weekends) on a collaborative team. With over 20 full-time counselors, we educate, collaborate and assist one another with cases and consultation. Full-time position consists of 30 open clinical hours weekly, based on your own schedule (no weekends allowed). Sessions are hybrid, in-person and virtual. We provide full benefits which include; opportunity for advancement, yearly raises, paid same day cancellations/no-shows, private non-shared office space, company paid malpractice insurance, life insurance, short-term disability and EAP. Medical, Dental and Vision Plan. Paid Time Off, 401k and 0% clinical advancement in house loans. Starting pay is hourly, please see average annual compensation for our current full-time therapists under "Compensation".
