JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a medium-sized service company in the trade fair and interior design sector with 40 employees. Our main focus is on planning, manufacturing, and assembling trade fair stands and interior furnishings. We work innovatively, internationally, and sustainably and have been recognized with numerous international awards. We are currently seeking a Wood Mechanic (m/f/d) or Carpenter (m/f/d) for our wood workshop.


Responsibilities:

  • Processing and working with materials such as wood, metal, and plastic using various techniques such as sawing, milling, planing, drilling, and sanding
  • Building structural elements such as walls, doors, display cases, columns, platforms, stairs, and coverings
  • Crafting furniture such as counters, tables, benches, stools, shelves, displays, and cabinets
  • Repairing structural elements as needed

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in woodworking or carpentry
  • Knowledge of various techniques and tools used in woodworking
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Attention to detail and precision in work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and materials
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken)
