    Administrative Assistant

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Plant Manager and Personnel Director.
    • Mailbox.
    • and Distribute Monthly Meeting Calendar.
    • Outlook Calendar Meeting Invites.
    • payment for bills as required.
    • product in SAP.
    • and maintain the Organizational Chart.
    • and maintain the Internal Phone List.
    • Conference Room Meetings.
    • and update employee badges.
    • food orders for plant visits and celebrations.
    • support and backup coverage for Dealer Liaison/Quality Supervisor/MR Supervisor/IC Clerk.
    • with new hire onboarding activities.
    • Salary Overtime Report.

    Skills:

    • and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
    • to work independently and manage one's time.
    • to keep information organized and confidential.
    • experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Education/Experience:

    • School Diploma or equivalent required.

    Location: Hudson, WI | Onsite | M-F- 8:00am to 4:30pm

    Duration: 12+ month W2 contract

    Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
