    We are seeking Teachers to join our organization This individual will plan and present age-appropriate activities for children.

    The position of an assistant teacher is an important role in the early childhood environment as a teaching
    is a team effort. The assistant teacher will work alongside the leadteacherto implement a variety of
    daily activities, which include observing, supervising, and educating children, organizationalduties, and
    optimizing the learning and play environment while also meeting the child care health and safety
    standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Instruct infant, toddler, and preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
    • Create a fun and safe learning environment.
    • Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and exploration.
    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and coworkers.
    • Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress.
    • Maintain the health and safety of all families and centers.

    Qualifications:

    Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or process

    Preschool or Infant, Toddler CDA

    • Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields.
    • Passionate about working with children.
    • Ability to build rapport with children, families, and peers.
    • Positive and patient demeanor.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
