The General Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of The Sudsy Pup, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

• Lead and manage a team of skilled groomers, bathers, and customer care representatives to deliver outstanding service and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and profitability, including client acquisition, upselling, and retention initiatives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to drive growth and expand market presence.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in salon operations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as revenue, client satisfaction, and employee productivity, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee daytoday salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting, to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for The Sudsy Pup, embodying our values of compassion, professionalism, and dedication to pet care excellence.

• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in the pet grooming or service industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and team members.
