    OUR MUST HAVES:

    • Are you so organized that your friends make fun of you?
    • When you see a detail is wrong (for instance "your" vs. "you're") does it grind away at your nerves?
    • Do you love to find the most efficient way of doing things and creating new systems?
    • Do you always have to be productive?
    • Have you had administrative experience in some capacity?
    • Is there nothing more satisfying than crossing off all your items on your to do list?
    • Do you prefer to activate and execute instead of waiting for direction?
    • Do you feel terrible when you miss a deadline?
    • If you don't know how to do something (for instance setting up a webinar), would you proactively research and learn how to do it?

    Responsibilities

    • Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners
    • Type in data provided directly from customers
    • Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
    • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
    • Update existing data
    • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
    • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
    • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

    STRONGLY PREFER (But not necessarily a deal breaker):

    • Bilingual in either Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, and/or Korean
    • Customer service experience
    • Tech savvy

    DETAILS:

    • 40 hrs. a week
    • 1 Week PTO
    • Flexible schedule
    • Opportunity to grow and move within the company
