Carpenter/Framer Position Available
Full time carpenter position available for an established professional property management company located in West San Jose. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented person with a positive attitude who takes pride in their work.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Must have 5 years' experience in the construction industry

Thorough knowledge of the methods, materials, tools and equipment used in the construction trade

The ability to work efficiently with little or no supervision

Work well with others and independently

Strong attention to details


Requirements:

Ability to pass a criminal background check;
A high school diploma or equivalent;
Reliable and registered vehicle, proof of car insurance and a clean driving record;
Must have your own tools;
Eligible to work in the US;
Ability to maintain a consistent 40-hour workweek;
Punctual attendance and willingness to work.


Salary:
$ /hour


Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
