Overview:
SUPERVISORY SKILLS A MUST - 5 YEARS OF THE LAST 7 YEARS

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities.

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the physical infrastructure of the building, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and efficiently.

This is a critical role that requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

• Possess at least 5 years of recent (within the past 7 years) experience in facilities management in a "supervisory" capacity for buildings of the approximate size and characteristics of the buildings, which is upwards of 800k sq ft total
• Experience with Maximo or similar CMMS
• Experience with Chiller Plan and Boiler Plant Low Pressure Steam
• Oversee Crew of 10
• Interface with Government Customer
• HVAC License

Pay:
$42.58 per hour
