- Coordinate unloading of inbound shipments, stacking of product, and the picking and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with the highest possible levels of productivity.
- Ensure efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment.

- Maintain product locator and ensure optimal utilization of space.
- Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.

- Direct the operations of work teams to achieve objectives.
- Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assure the integrity of the inventory and assist in conducting physical inventories.
- Maintain area of responsibility to strict Sunland Logistics Solutions and customer sanitation standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for overseeing loading and unloading of hazardous materials on site as well as proper storage location and segregation requirements.
- Responsible for responding to incidents with hazardous materials in storage such as damaged packaging, spilled drum/containers, third party inspections requiring opening of drums on site.
- Responsible for preparing hazardous materials for shipment to customers including proper bills of lading or hazardous waste manifests as appropriate.
- Understand emergency response procedures as related to hazardous waste and initiate response actions as appropriate.
- Must receive and maintain RCRA Hazardous Materials Training.
- Experience in warehouse supervision or equivalent experience.
- Broad knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling & distribution.

- Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Ability to interpret technical documents.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office operations).
- Possess or have the ability to become forklift certified.
- South Carolina Driver's License or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 hr. Hazwopper training and DOT/RCRA Training 49*CFR

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating all warehouse activities on a daily basis including shipping and receiving of customer products consistent with Company objectives.
Shift: day shift, Monday - Friday (some weekends may be required)
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work of forklift drivers, team leaders and other warehouse personnel.
