We are currently seeking entry-level and experienced professionals to join our team at the BAUHAUS Fachcentrum in Slaterville Springs, NY.

This is a full-time, permanent position starting immediately.

Deputy Store Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • As a member of the store management team, you will be responsible for personnel management and ensuring optimal staffing levels at our BAUHAUS Fachcentrum.
  • You will be based at either our Mainz-Kastel or Mainz-Weisenau location.
  • You will provide comprehensive training and development for your team and lead them in a cooperative manner.
  • You will also oversee the store's inventory, flow of goods, and operational processes.
  • Using market research, competition analysis, and business metrics, you will develop effective strategies for success and report directly to the management team.
  • Most importantly, you will lead by example and maintain a clear overview for both employees and customers.

Your profile:

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration is a plus, such as a retail salesperson, commercial specialist, deputy store manager, store manager, or branch manager (m/f/d).
