    Job Title: Triparty Processing Associate

    Location: Jacksonville, FL; 3 days in office

    Responsibilities:

    Fixed Income Operations, a division of Cantor Fitzgerald is seeking an Operations Assistant Vice President for Triparty and Collateral management. This position will provide exceptional client service to our internal and external clients and vendors. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills are critical to this position as are intellectual curiosity, a sense of urgency and a desire for continual improvement to processes, performance, and business knowledge.     Duties include:

    • Allocation of all Domestic Triparty trades in BONY AccessEdge system
    • Research and reconciling Triparty stock record breaks
    • Knowledge of full Triparty life cycle processes including trade flow and rulesets
    • Coordination between trading desk and cash management teams
    • Proactive communication with Finance Desk

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge of Phase 3 back-office system.
    • Knowledge of Bank of New York, BDC, and settlement platform.
    • Knowledge of Bank of New York, Access Edge Triparty platform.
    • of both Fed and DTC clearing
    • verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills
    • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and electronic communications tools. Microsoft Certifications a plus
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff and management
    • Desire to continually learn

    Educational Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree required

    Hybrid Working - We are currently operating a hybrid model for our shared services employees (including this role). We anticipate continuing these arrangements for the foreseeable future with periodic review. Hybrid for Cantor Fitzgerald & its affiliates across the working week, means three days office based and two days remote.

    Salary: $75,000 - $83,000

    The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $83,000.The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
