Qualifications:

2+ years of cellular carrier support required
2+ years of billing experience a plus

Responsibilities:

Ordering, activation and troubleshooting for wireless modems, routers, iPads, tablets, MIFI/Jet packs and cell phones
Analyze and process monthly billing for various carriers to ensure accuracy
Develop & maintain cellular inventory and documentation in tracking software and systems
Manage and track all requests via internal ticketing system
Review, process and code invoices/bills for payment
Maintain inventory of master list for bills and vendors
Provide billing inventory and analysis for potential acquisitions
Review and provide solutions for phone bills, features, disputes, and rates.
Manage payment for invoices (Data, Voice, Cell Phones & CATV)
Payment research for invoices with delinquencies

Compensation:
Starting at $30.00/hour DOE; _may be eligible for bonus_
