Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, in person, and in writing
- Manage various sales platforms
- Process orders and handle after-sales support
- Assist with customer inquiries and concerns
Qualifications:
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in German
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role
- Proficient in computer skills
