We are looking for a real estate assistant who will help manage our projects by surveying our clients' needs and properties.

This involves making sales presentations and negotiations to our clients, and maintaining contact with them until a final decision is made.

You should be goal oriented, committed to your work and focused on the big picture. Your ability to build interpersonal relationships will be essential to your success. Ultimately, you should be hardworking, trustworthy and able to develop high-level relationships.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer inbound calls and inquiries (e.g. potential clients and sellers).
  • Research and prepare listings, including photos and descriptions.
  • Draft marketing materials.
  • Host open houses.
  • Manage outbound calling, including lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Gather and monitor data on market trends to provide useful insights to the agent.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Prepare client reports, such as income verification forms, financial statements and client activity logs for the attorney.
  • Generate leads for the agent by performing internet research to identify potential clients.
  • Liaise with banks, governmental agencies and third parties (e.g. utility companies).
  • Provide clerical support to legal associates regarding tasks such as court filings and discovery requests (including but not limited to: copying documents, retrieving data for a case etc.).

  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in negotiation
  • Understanding of marketing principles
  • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency
  • Experience in property management
  • Administrative experience
  • Familiarity with real estate law
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Previous real estate administrative experience

Pay:
Up to $25.80 per hour
