- Managing a portfolio of high net worth clients and providing comprehensive tax planning and compliance services.
- Advising clients on complex tax matters related to income, estate, gift, and trust taxation.
- Developing and implementing tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize wealth preservation.
- Reviewing tax returns prepared by staff and ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Staying updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and providing guidance to clients and team members accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- CPA certification required.
- Minimum of 7 to 18 years of experience in high net worth tax services, preferably from a Top 20 CPA Firm or Family Office.
- Strong technical knowledge of individual, trust, and estate taxation.
- Experience with tax planning strategies for high net worth individuals and families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
