- Conduct comprehensive tax reviews and identify opportunities for tax savings and efficiencies
- Cultivate and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and growth
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MST preferred
- 7+ years of experience in tax advisory for high net worth individuals and families
- Previous experience in public accounting or a family office environment is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop team members
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional client service
