Education. Care. Enthusiasm. KiTa Bremen is a municipal enterprise and also the largest provider of childcare in Bremen.

With approximately employees, KiTa Bremen operates a total of 89 children and family centers and makes an important contribution to comprehensive education, upbringing, and care for children in the city of Bremen.

The daycares are characterized by a close integration of pedagogical and household areas. In nurseries, elementary and after-school groups, as well as in playhouses/meeting places, we accompany around 9,000 children daily.

Our children and family centers focus on both the children and their family environment and work according to the principles of neighborhood orientation, collaborating with institutions and political bodies in the neighborhood.

As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a strategically thinking leader with a strong drive for change as the Managing Director (m/f/d) of the municipal enterprise KiTa Bremen.

For civil servants, this attractive position is remunerated according to B2/B3* BremBesG. For employees, we offer a corresponding non-tariff salary. The appointment is initially for 6 years.

In accordance with ยง 5 of the Bremen Civil Service Law, the management function is initially limited to a probationary period of two years.
