- Sustain expert-level knowledge in all Order to Cash (OTC) functional areas
- Consult with the business on all OTC topics, driving best practices and identifying system and process gaps. Raise tickets to IT as appropriate for bug fixes and system development needs
- Identify and develop reports for the business through a combination of PowerBI, Web Analytics, and SAP queries
- Understand our global business standards and regional nuances - working daily with colleagues across Asia, Europe, and the US
- Cultivate strong working relationships with OTC IT counterparts
- Serve as a first escalation point for the business and other team members. Ability to bridge knowledge gaps independent of management through self-guided training and intracompany collaboration What You'll Bring to the Table

- Salesforce Admin experience is highly regarded
- Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Products (Excel, Access, PowerBI, or Power Automate a plus)
- Experience in process improvement, training, and documentation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work outside of traditional business hours to take calls with global colleagues and ensure delivery of reports. Schedule accommodations to be made to maintain work-life balance.
