- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
- Install new equipment and machinery, following manufacturer's instructions and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other team members to solve complex issues and improve maintenance processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve skills and knowledge
- 2+ year of experience maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting hydraulic or injection molding equipment
- PLC troubleshooting experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to read electrical and hydraulic blueprints
- Experience with automated equipment a plus
- Experience with controls, servo motors, vision systems, or robotic systems highly desired
- Fabrication or welding experience a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree a plus
