We are currently seeking a RESIDENTIAL AREA MANAGER (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time to join our team at the Senior Park in Niederselters.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing one of our residential areas. This includes supporting our employees in providing care and assistance to our residents through organization and professional expertise.

Your responsibilities include:

Managing and leading a residential area with approximately 30 residents
Creating work schedules and organizing care and support staff
Ensuring the needs of residents and employees in a residential area are met
Open communication and consultation with family members and residents

What you bring:

Completed training as a geriatric nurse or health and nursing care nurse
Management experience in the field of care, e.g. as (Deputy) Residential Area Manager, desirable
High level of empathy and personal commitment
