As an MS Dynamics Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the customization, automation, and user interface (UI) enhancements within our MS Dynamics environment.

Your primary focus will be on leveraging your expertise in MS Dynamics to drive innovation and streamline processes to meet our evolving business needs.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing our offshore team of MS Dynamics professionals, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration across projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the MS Dynamics platform.

Customize and configure MS Dynamics to align with business processes, including but not limited to workflows, forms, entities, and reports.

Develop and implement automation solutions using MS Dynamics workflows, plugins, and integrations with third-party applications.
Enhance the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of MS Dynamics to improve usability and productivity.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on MS Dynamics features, tools, and best practices.

Manage and mentor a team of offshore MS Dynamics professionals, ensuring timely delivery of projects and adherence to quality standards.

Collaborate with internal IT teams to plan and execute the migration from on-premises MS Dynamics to Dynamics 365, leveraging your migration expertise.

Stay updated on the latest MS Dynamics technologies, features, and trends, and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an MS Dynamics expert, with a strong background in customization, automation, and UI enhancements.
In-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics customization tools, including Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Experience managing and mentoring offshore teams in MS Dynamics configuration and administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with MS Dynamics migration projects, particularly transitioning from on-premises versions to Dynamics 365, is highly desirable.
