    Description
    Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency ) Must-Have
    1. Extensive Experience in Oracle EBS R12 Implementation projects
    2. Good Analytical, communication, presentation, client interaction skills
    3. Strong technical knowledge in the following Oracle R12 EBS technical areas
      1. SQL / PLSQL, FORMS / OAF, REPORTS, UNIX, Client, RICE Concepts
    4. Expertise in the FIN Oracle EBS R12 functional Areas
    SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role 1 Understand the business requirements and preparation of Requirement and Technical Design documents 2 Work with Business users to gather the business requirements. 3 Review the deliverables (Technical Design, Code components, etc) with IT stakeholders 4 Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders 5 Coordinate with different functional groups across the systems 6 Coordinate System & Integration Testing & Support 7 Coordinate User Acceptance Testing & Support 8 Coordinate the Implementation & Post Production Support
