Project Manager (m/f/d) Sales | Facility Management

Your responsibilities with us:

  • Creating facility management proposals
  • Managing project teams: project management coordinating all processes including controlling
  • Developing concepts, presentations, and conducting sales and contract negotiations with new and existing customers
  • Direct communication with customers and contract partners
  • Needsbased optimization of solutions for large and mediumsized customers
  • Networking at trade fairs, association events, etc.

What we're looking for:

  • Completed training or degree in facility management
  • Several years of sales experience, ideally in the service or facility management sector
  • Enjoyment of telephone customer contact, ideally experience in telephone acquisition
