Exciting Projects

Take the first steps towards a responsible position in an international real estate company. As part of a 3-year apprenticeship in the field of architecture/planning, you can develop individually and become part of a great team.

  • Participation in the planning of construction/renovation projects for our commercial properties such as shopping centers, retail parks, etc.
  • Creation of design plans and drawings, floor plans, sections, and various views using CAD programs
  • Creative involvement in our projects
  • Visualization of our construction projects in 3D
  • Participation in the preparation of building applications or compilation of all necessary documents
  • Collaboration with civil engineers, landlords, etc.

Your Passion for Real Estate

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Interest in technical/architectural issues and spatial imagination
  • Basic drawing skills
  • Teamwork, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
  • First internships are advantageous, but not mandatory
