    Join Our Team as a Sales Representative/Brand Ambassador at StretchLab in Westminster, CO!

    A renowned company in the fitness industry is looking to grow their team in Westminster, CO. We are on the hunt for dynamic Brand Ambassadors/Sales Representatives who are driven to boost sales and provide exceptional service to enhance our community.

    Excited to introduce StretchLab to Westminster, we have plans to open more locations in Northwest Denver over the next couple of years, offering a fantastic opportunity for career advancement in this role. We need individuals who are leaders, brimming with energy, enthusiasm, keen attention to detail, and a willingness to engage with the community.

    POSITION: As a Sales Representative/Brand Ambassador, you will collaborate with the General Manager to increase new membership sales, build rapport with potential members, ensure a positive customer experience, and guide them smoothly through the sales process towards membership acquisition. This role also involves maintaining excellent customer service and fostering relationships with existing members. While boutique fitness knowledge or experience is a plus, it's not mandatory. This part-time position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends, evenings, and mornings.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Essential skills in sales, communication, and customer service
    • Friendly, engaging demeanor
    • Capacity to establish solid customer connections
    • Goal-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
    • Self-motivated and proactive
    • Proficiency in ClubReady software
    • Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email
    • Organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Capability to work efficiently under pressure
    • Proficient in using computers
    • Occasional travel may be necessary
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Authorized to work in the United States

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Implement sales process from lead generation to closure
    • Conduct facility tours, understand individuals' goals, and needs
    • Maintain personal sales productivity
    • Reinforce the club's fitness and wellness objectives
    • Present services to current and potential members
    • Schedule quality appointments to meet monthly sales goals
    • Engage in special events to promote the club
    • Enhance selling skills
    • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
    • Follow up with potential clients
    • Manage retail inventory
    • Complete required training programs
    • Take photos for social media platforms
    • Perform light cleaning tasks
    • Other duties as assigned
