  • Completed training as a SHK systems mechanic (human), gas and water installer (human) or heating and ventilation builder (human)
  • Good knowledge of mechanical trades (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing)
  • Relevant experience in maintenance and repair as well as fault analysis and rectification
  • Knowledge in the field of customer service SHK
  • Service and customer-oriented attitude
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Class B driver's license
