As part of the IT department, we operate modern cloud solutions for over 100 clients in Princeton, NE.

Our focus is on basic operations, including infrastructure, networking, virtualization, operating systems, Windows domain, and user access for our clients and application operators.

We always have control and support our clients, service providers, and colleagues through our data center support.

Your Challenge

Support and implementation of client requirements
Installation and configuration of new clients
Monitoring and proactive troubleshooting of our environment
Independently completing standard tasks
Supporting the development of our data center infrastructure as a team
Managing Microsoft Azure Tenant, such as Exchange Online

What You Bring

Training as an IT specialist, specializing in system integration, or equivalent knowledge with work experience
Good knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems
Experience working in virtualized environments
Strong communication skills and experience in customer contact and support
Ideally, experience in terminal server operation, Windows domain, Linux server, networking, or firewalling
Some experience with Microsoft 365 is desirable.
