    Network Engagement Intern (Undergraduate Level)
    Job Description

    About This Role:

    Job Overview

    This intern position will support the Network Engagement Team in developing new retention protocols for former network colleges, new protocols for prospective colleges, and support the research and copywriting for the ATD Strategy Hub (our digital, interactive tool highlighting learning initiatives in the field). The intern will liaise between the Network Engagement Team and Marketing & Communications on targeted lead generation and recruitment campaigns for former colleges and some prospective colleges. This position will assist with gathering research on former colleges to reconnect with former colleges and encourage them to rejoin the ATD network. In addition, the intern will work with departments across ATD to gather information on best practices for the ATD Strategy Hub and help draft new documents on strategies and college spotlights.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist the Network Engagement team with research on former and potential future network colleges to support network engagement, recruitment, and retention efforts.
    • Support research and copywriting for the ATD Strategy Hub, documents on strategies and college spotlights, and other ongoing initiatives and projects.
    • Participate in selected meetings.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Skills/Qualifications/Experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn company-specific software.
    • Experience using relational databases.
    • This is a virtual position. A strong candidate will be self-directed, with strong collaborative and communication skills, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
