    Job Summary

    As a Project Director, you will be in charge of managing multiple claims/jobs, overseeing lead technicians and superintendents, and collaborating with various departments within the company. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, your role is crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage multiple large projects simultaneously from start to finish
    • Create estimates for construction and mitigation projects
    • Review and approve billing to capture all job costs
    • Maintain business contacts and generate new work opportunities
    • Prepare accurate work orders and schedule tasks accordingly
    • Conduct thorough job inspections and recommend further work as needed
    • Track project plans and make adjustments to meet deadlines
    • Ensure timely invoicing and payment by reviewing all documents and work orders
    • Communicate effectively with adjusters, customers, and contractors
    • Market company services to potential clients and adjusters
    • Collaborate with Account Executives on bid preparations
    • Perform site inspections to assess damages and prepare bids
    • Promote and adhere to the company's safety policies

    Experience/Requirements

    The Project Director role demands:

    • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
    • Proven experience in managing large commercial projects
    • Expertise in construction estimating and time & material billing
    • Marketing skills for business growth
    • Knowledge of safety standards and practices
    • Strong leadership and communication abilities
    • Industry certifications and IICRC Training completion
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products and Xactimate
    • Understanding of cost containment and risk management
    • Capability to make informed decisions under pressure
    • Effective coaching and training experience

    Working Conditions

    • Occasional travel outside the assigned region
    • Flexible hours including weekends and after-hours availability
    • Use of Personal Protective Equipment when necessary
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and maneuver through construction sites
    • Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
