**Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort**

The Pier Sales Associate/Concierge will be responsible for greeting visitors, collecting payment for Pier visits and providing visitors with the history of the Pier and the Newport Beachside Hotel and Resort.

***Your role:***

Greet visitors with a warm smile and welcome them to the Pier

Provide the highest level of guest service

Provide historical background information and fun facts regarding the Pier

Assist visitors with local attractions and directions and assist with recommendations

Collect payment for Pier visit

Handle all cash and credit transactions accurately

Ensure that Pier cleanliness is maintained

***You bring to the table:***

A passion for guest service

Strong verbal communication skills

Knowledge of the local area and surroundings

Basic mathematical skills

Ability to stand for long periods of time in all types of weather
