We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team. This position requires in-depth knowledge and prior hands-on experience in the pawn store industry.


PART TIME POSITION:
FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY


Responsibilities:

Evaluate, assess, and appraise a wide range of items brought in for potential pawn or sale

Negotiate fair terms and conditions for pawn loans and purchases

Maintain accurate records of pawned items, transactions, and customer information

Conduct research and stay updated on market trends and the value of various items

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and business goals

Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to the pawn store industry


Requirements:

Deep knowledge of the pawn store industry, including appraisals, loans, and sales

Strong understanding of the market value and authenticity of various items, including jewelry, electronics, and collectibles

Proven negotiation skills and the ability to establish fair loan terms and purchase prices

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

Proficient computer skills and experience using pawn store management software

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

High level of integrity and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 25 per week
