We work with builders and homeowners throughout Connecticut, Westchester, NYC and the Hamptons, to stage their homes. We have home staging all across the Fairfield County & Surrounding areas.

You will be required to work at our office/warehouse in Bridgeport, CT on occasion and also onsite work at our clients homes.

Home Staging Responsibilities

• Select Furniture, Rugs, Wall Art, & Accessories From Our Warehouse For Homes To Be Staged
• Attend walkthroughs of potential staging projects alone or with sales team
• Update clients' progress and status of project
• Collaborate and communicate design with warehouse team
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors
• Load & Unload Small Items And Place Them Back In Our Warehouse
• Help Plan & Install Staging Items With The Help Of Our Warehouse & Delivery Team
• Source & Research For New Inventory, As We Rotate Out Old Items & Purchase New Items On A Continuous Basis
• Work Closely With Our Team of Stagers, Warehouse Crew, Drivers, & Sales Team

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2+ Years Experience In Home Staging
• Attention to detail + ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Experience maintaining Staging relationships with Top Real Estate Agents + Developers
• Must have a means of reliable transportation and a valid state driver's license.
• Always on time, treat every task at hand like it is your own business, and be a motivated self starter that completes every task
• Excellent Written/Spoken Communication + Organizational/Time Management skills
• Able to lift 40+ pounds on occasion
• Use to working long hours on your feet which includes standing, moving, lifting, and carrying
• HAVE A FUN & A POSITIVE ATTITUDE

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
