Together we'll be:
A passionate customer service team delivering a WOW customer experience to our community. Working collaboratively as part of a drama-llama free team, you will feel empowered and supported to make a difference.


What you will be doing
-
Consult on customer success
  • Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product/service based on their unique needs.

Membership Liaison

  • Act as a membership expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, uptodate and strategic. Explain plan benefits, assisting with renewals, and scheduling recurring services.

Track interactions in CRM
  • Record customers interactions in internal system for crossfunctional awareness and relationship development.

Participate in ongoing learning, training, and growth opportunities

What you will bring along

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 2+ years proven experience in supporting client success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
  • Excellent timemanagement and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with Service Titan CRM system

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
