Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daytoday operations of the office, including managing deal status, and coordinating with office staff to complete accounting duties.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, title work, rental customer managment and record keeping
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure that the office is wellmaintained and all equipment is in good working order
- Manage office expenses, ensuring that all expenses are properly recorded and accounted for
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Dealership accounting/title work or related field preferred
