Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice for all group companies worldwide, including acquisitions, sales, and joint ventures
Create and negotiate transaction structures and contracts
Conduct legal due diligence
Advise on transaction-related matters, such as investment restrictions
Offer guidance on post-closing matters

Requirements:

Completed full legal studies, preferably at an international university or with travel experience
3-5 years of professional experience in a law firm or international company, preferably in mergers & acquisitions (commercial law, corporate law, contract drafting)
Strong understanding of economics
Fluent in German and English
Ability to work independently
Strong teamwork skills, mobility, and exceptional communication abilities
Willingness to travel (25% international)
