Product Management Director/Head of Product Management - Downey, United States - BlueWave Solutions
Description
Administration and start-up - do they go together? We say yes. The FITKO, currently with around 70 employees, was designed to coordinate and drive the digitalization of administration in Germany as a lean, agile, and specialized support unit. As the "implementation unit" of the German IT Planning Council, we strengthen the ability to act and control, create synergies, and connect stakeholders. This works best when cooperation and networking are also lived within the organization. Therefore, our collaboration is based on openness, trust, and appreciation.
We are a diverse and dedicated team with flat hierarchies and various backgrounds, from biologists and computer scientists to theater scholars.
The FITKO manages and develops the product portfolio of the IT Planning Council, currently with 15 products. These products are central components of the federal IT infrastructure in Germany.
The product management of FITKO is focused on providing lasting and sustainable added value for the users and stakeholders of the IT Planning Council's products. The foundation of our work is a contemporary and value stream-oriented product management model.
Therefore, we are looking for several creative minds with a strong team spirit and self-organization, for whom traditional administration and innovative methods are not contradictory.
