For our client, an internationally active mechanical engineering company, we are currently looking for an employee in the human resources department.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the timely processing of monthly payroll.
  • This includes entering, adjusting, and correcting time data.
  • You create employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and references.
  • You also advise employees on tax and social security issues.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for all administrative HR processes, including communication with social security institutions, authorities, and agencies.
Your Profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
  • Further education with a focus on human resources and several years of experience in the HR field or payroll accounting are desirable.
  • You have knowledge of income tax, works constitution, social security, and labor law.
  • You are familiar with MS Office.
  • You are known for your communication skills and openness in dealing with people.
  • Your profile is rounded off by independent, reliable, and goaloriented work, structured thinking, and high trustworthiness.
