Job Factors:
Must be licensed GNA in Maryland, have a current CPR, TB Screen, COVID-19 Vaccine (Both Doses), Authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Manages a caseload of 1012 cases, ensuring quality nursing care in line with established routines and procedures to guarantee residents' comfort and safety.
- Maintains accurate documentation on residents' charts according to facility protocol.
- Adheres to the direction provided by facility staff in accordance with their policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates expertise in infection control and consistently practices standard precautions.
- Records residents' vital signs, weight, intake and output, and other measurements accurately and punctually.
- Completing Point of care (POC) for patients
- Collaborate with fellow caregivers to provide topnotch patient care within an Assisted Living Facility, Rehabilitation Center and Long-Term Care.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) and provide compassionate support.
- Foster a positive and engaging environment for older adults
- Collaborate with the care team to implement and adjust care plans.
Schedule:
- Various shifts, including day and evening only
- Monday to Sunday flexibility
Requirements:
- Maryland GNA license is Mandatory.
- CPR Certification (required)
- COVID19 Vaccinated (required)
- TB Test or Chest Xray (required)
- 1 Years experience in a Facility (required)
- Passion for working with older adults.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Salary:
