- About the Role: We are seeking a detail oriented Mailroom Clerk to join our team in Amarillo, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client documents, operating production printers, conducting quality control checks, and assisting with warehouse tasks.
- Responsibilities : Direct Printers Pulling and separating client documents for manual or automated insertion.
- Production Printers: Managing automated reports sent to production printers, printing, and formatting for client mailings.
- Quality Control: Conducting quality reviews to ensure accuracy before client mailings.
- Warehouse: Training on delivery, forklift operation, and inventory management.
- Education Qualification: HS diploma minimum
- Required Skills: 5 years of MS Office skills
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excel proficiency is a plus
- Admin skills are a nice to have Must have skills for this role: 1. MS Office skills 2. Excel proficiency.
