Experience

Throughout my work life, I have been intertwined with customer and admin services. From the time I began working at 15 in a demanding coffee shop, until my most recent job at a Private and Executive bank, I have been at my best and most successful being involved in customer service. I have outstanding oral and written English communication skills, and people skills. My ability to build and maintain customer relationship within each of my work spaces, has contributed to the success of each. While working as a Private Banking Assistant, I was entrusted to confidently build and manage large customer business accounts, initiate large cash transactions and wire transfers according to policies and procedures, verify customer information, assist my associates and loan officer as needed and I was the face the customers would see as they walked through the door. Here I was also the social media ambassador at our branch, where I gathered and purchased props, created posts, edited and sent them off for approval. Prior to that, I was a receptionist and administrative assistance at a real estate office. There, I acted as a liaison admin, communicating efficiently to each party involved in any imminent situation. I did everything from rent collection, to corresponding with the City for property requirements, to scheduling professional and personal appointments, etc. 

 

Overall, what I have found most valuable to me, is the ability to hone the people skills, communication, time management and working to find creative solutions fit for all. These innate skills are incalculable, and my willingness to learn sets me apart from the rest.

Education

I attended public high school at Randall High School from 2016-2019, where I was involved in cheerleading, learning team leadership and dedication. 

I completed my high school career online at Resolute Academy out of Dallas, TX, where I acquired all credits necessary to receive my diploma between the months of August 2019-October 2019.
