Eternity Floors USA a well-known supplier of high-quality floor covering products servicing specialty flooring retailers seeks: Warehouse Staff / Field Support

We are seeking a reliable & motivated team member to join us to support business relationships with clients, maintain and update store/product presentation for overall business development, and territory management and company warehouse.

We are an exciting company to be part of as we are growing tremendously.

• Maintains existing accounts and prospective clients to full potential and improves relations for longterm basis and success.
• Based and routes start from Commerce or Pacoima, Ca.
• Responsible for the daily maintenance within the territories assigned by manager. Sets up and maintains client displays and merchandising samples
• Maintain customers profile up to date including meeting notes and customer expectations.
• Will follow all traffic, driving regulations.
• Follow company policies, Federal and states rules.
• Will follow all safety procedures when handling samples and other products.
• Generates daily reports, tracking work as specified by manager.

• Work hours, Mon.

• Fri., 7:30 AM 4:00 PM.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management, company warehouse duties.

Adheres to all regulatory guidelines and company policies as it relates to safety and our guiding principles


Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite; Project Management Software
• Other skills required:
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Customer service driven.
• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Strong organizational, problemsolving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
