We are a Solingen-based manufacturer of cutlery, supplying sabers, swords, daggers, and uniform accessories to private individuals, institutions, schools, and even the military worldwide.
What we are looking for:
a team member to join our administrative staff as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Customer service
- Communicating with our customers
- Inventory management
- Managing our online shop
- Shipping and export
- Order processing
- Direct collaboration with management and production team
- Representing and assisting in the purchasing department
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training and 12 years of work experience
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
