The Munich-based start-up has transformed traditional theft protection into a multi-patented high-tech IoT device, enabling retailers to have secure and fast self-checkout and significant process optimization for high-end products.


Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive candidate management, from screening applications to candidate selection based on cultural fit and conducting initial interviews
  • Adaptation of job postings and their placement in coordination with department heads
  • Preparation of employment contracts, qualified references, and other HR documents
  • Handling and coordination of the onboarding process for new employees, as well as conducting general onboarding meetings
  • Adaptation and continuous optimization of existing HR processes, as well as creating new processes in collaboration with management
  • Maintenance of employee master data
  • Preparation of payroll and submission to the payroll accountant
  • Correspondence with external partners, such as social security institutions and authorities
  • Point of contact for internal HR matters and labor law issues
  • Independent and dedicated office organization. First point of contact for external service providers, such as facility management, as well as ordering office supplies.
  • General office management tasks such as mail, phone, and guest hospitality
  • Planning and execution of team events
  • Conducting preparatory accounting in coordination with external accountants and tax consultants
