Warehouse Team Lead Role Expectations:


Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and assist in receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
• Design and implement an inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures
• Document daily shipments and deliveries
• Create detail reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Keep updated records of material receipts and inventory activity
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma/ GED Required
• Prior experience (2+ years preferred)
• TrackStock/eTurns Inventory Management Software experience (preferred)
• Impeccable organizational skills
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Clean driving record
• Valid Forklift Certification
• A clean driving record is required.
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
• Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
