- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse or production facility.
- Safely handle and stack materials, including pallets, crates, and boxes, to optimize storage space and facilitate efficient workflow.
- Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and other equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition, reporting any issues or malfunctions to management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting, labeling, and organizing materials as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to fulfill orders and meet production deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, removing debris, and disposing of waste properly.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to coordinate tasks and prioritize workload.
